Regrettably, the problems persist, impacting not only the financial aspects ​of my business but also its reputation.

It is essential to highlight that my aim is not to place blame solely on ​Nuoman. I acknowledge the support and assistance you offered during ​the order and shipment phases, for which I am grateful.

However, the machines' fundamental design faults have led to operational ​challenges that require urgent attention and resolution.

• This has caused extreme heat build-up in the hydraulic system, leading ​to consistent pump failures.
  

• The positioning of the hydraulic fluid tank is problematic, potentially ​causing cavitation and further damage to the pumps.
  

• The overall build quality of the mini excavators has resulted in ​numerous issues, including failing hinges, latches, mufflers breaking ​off, and sections of the body detaching.
  

To provide a clearer overview:
